「About Property: Tones of issues 1) House was not cleaned at all. It was full of dust and spider web everywhere. No vacuum cleaner in the house, no cleaner was available. I need to clean it all myself using mop and little brush. 2) House was super cold, Thermostat was giving some error code and later on found valves on radiator were not open 3) Coffee table was broken, it was reported months ago by another guest but no action taken. As it was remain slanted, one of its leg stay outside and it...

「Classic Britain hotel and the staff is frenidly, cheerful and helpful. Great place to stay.」

「住Coach house，還要上兩層，樓梯比較狹窄。 停車場車位充足，退房後仍可以泊車。 自助早餐豐富。」

「Great room, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. 100% would stay again」

「Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!」

「What a fantastic experience to stay in such a building」

「Wonderful stay! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and lovely and warm after a day walking in the rain! Food was great and staff very attentive. Wonderful views, very peaceful and the cabana was a bit different which the kids loved especially going up the ladder to bed.」

「The room was terrible with a smashed bathroom basin, so I asked for another room. The 2nd room had a smelly damp, mouldy bathroom. There were no common areas. The bar/restaurant areas were kept closed/locked. Reception staff were not at the hotel full time. Only sporadically during the day.」

「Lovely place, amazing surroundings. Breakfast was very nice. Can’t fault a single thing.」

「Mary the owner was a really lovely lady, checked everything with going well and left a really good goodie basket for us. The location is excellent for walking you do not need to use the car 👍 Would definitely return」

「Lovely little place to stay in a beautiful village. Cereals and fruit provided for breakfast. Friendly staff when we checked in and out. Only downside the shower need a bit more power! But would stay again if we were ever in the area. Plus stunning view from our room.」

「Lovely property in stunning location with lovely touches-Prosecco, cake, “emergency meal”, etc My only problem was in terms of getting information about access/key. I think this was because I booked through Hotels.com and the property is principally let through Sykes Cottages so I don’t think anyone would have sent me access information if I hadn’t badgered! Once I got the information it was very straightforward.」
