"After 12hrs of driving, we arrived at the hotel and were given a different room than what we originally booked. When getting to the room, the toilet was used and the bed was slept in, blankets and pillows all messed up. We got switched to a different room that wasn’t any better. The floors were disgusting, carpet was coming up, etc. This hotel was absolutely disgusting and I did not feel safe sleeping here with my family, which lead us to having to find a different hotel at midnight. Very unhappy with our experience. "

"The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok"

"Hotels.com really messed up on this one. My husband and I have been traveling all day. We got to our reservation at 11 o’clock and they did not have the reservation. The hotel manager stayed with us for an hour trying to get through to Hotels.com to get the situation worked out. We ended up having to buy another room. I am trying really hard to get my money back from Hotels.com since we were not able to use this reservation and yet hotels.com had no problem taking our money."
