「Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. 「Overall great. It was a bit colder when we went. I wish they put heat lamps in outside seating areas in the evenings. I did ask and they put one but it needed time to heat up. But other than that - amazing stay! 」

The suite itself was classy and full of character. We had a brilliant private spa experience which was super relaxing after a long driver during the day. 「It's a very nice, new boutique hotel. Nice garden, nice and exquisite breakfast. Really enjoy it. Front desk speaks fluent English, provide good suggestions. It's located in a nice neighborhood, with many nice houses. There's a park and castle wall in opposite side, only 10 mins walk to the center spot.」

「Spacious apartment - loved having a separate living space and bedroom so that when one of us was up earlier or later than the other, we could move around without waking them up. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The location is great - loved having the town escalators right next to us for easy access to the top of the hill. San Domenica was a short walk up the stairs and it was easy to catch the bus there to the train...
