"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. "

"Purement mensonger : l’adresse donnée ne correspond pas à celle de l’hébergement (inconnu dans le quartier). Le téléphone donné était celui d’un russe ne parlant aucune langue en dehors du russe. L’hébergement était salle, voire insalubre (cafards - photos à disposition), le système d’eau chaude devait être activé par un bouton, la douche avec un rideau bien peu étanche, la tuyauterie rouillée, le système de climatisation bruyant et totalement désuet, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, le sol très...

"Hotel run down but in nice residential area. Ran out of toilet paper during stay because I extended from 4 days to 13 and the 'residence section has no service. Was refused refund on last 3 nights when I checked out early. Not really happy."
