「Our room was just ok. We were in a Jacuzzi suite. It was difficult to enter and exit the enclosed area where it was located. The shower was the worst, with black mold on the tiles on the floor, and the walls were not cleaned. Then had white soap scum streaks on the wall appearing to have not been cleaned for quite a while. The sheets didn’t fit the king bed and slipped off the corners and bunched up on top. We had no clock in the bedroom. Halls and common areas, except for the breakfast...

「Our stay was great. Everything was comfortable and for the most part clean… but our bathroom wreaked of urine as soon as we got in to the room and the smell never left. When I looked around the toilet, there was pee all over, I think the seal is bad on the toilet. I ended up spraying around the bottom with hand sanitizer and lining it with towels. It still smelled terrible. Other than that, great hotel! Easy check-in and out. No other complaints.」

「I loved the price for the week. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is only a short walk to the beach. We road our bikes downtown traverse city and it was only 30 minutes. Located 30 to 45 mins to sandunes and torchlake. Overall great experience. Great fishing spots in walking distance.」

「The room itself was ok, you could tell maybe new flooring and updated bed frame, but the rest of the room seemed old and outdated. The only staff I came in contact with was the person at the front desk when I checked in, she was very nice. The beach and the outside property were really nice. Great view. Spa tub was old and rusty, the bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some updating. The shower for sure was old and outdated.」
