「The room was clean and comfortable. Turan ensured the breakfast area was meticulously stocked with fresh fruit, vegetables and pastries, it was outstanding and he and his staff were friendly and attentive. Both Bell Hops were excellent help and informative for local restaurants and shops. Overall great experience and wonderful staff.」

Upon arrival, we waited for our room to be cleaned; however, when we went inside there was no soap in our bathroom, the bathroom looked hastily cleaned, and our air-conditioning unit was leaking onto a desk that had electrical outlets connected underneath. 「Property was roomy and location was convenient. Great view of the Black Sea from the window. Many shops and restaurants nearby (5 minutes walk). Caught taxi from/to airport for about 500 lira. Ride was about 10 minutes. Staff arranged the taxi to airport.」
