Excellent Hotel to stay in Trabzon

Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious. We enjoyed our brief stay and would not mind staying again there on our next visit. Thanks to the Staff once again.

Good location. The breakfast room on the top floor was lovely, with views over the water and a wide selection of breakfast foods. AC worked great, bed was comfy, and bathroom fully equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are very small. Beds small too not comfortable

The breakfast is not buffet only one boiled and kettle cucumbers all day are same type id do not recommend stay in this hotel

Personal experience.

Hotel is clean, location is good. However staff do not speak any other language and communication was bad. They do not have much control . Breakfast not reach and served cold. Noisy place and windows are not closing to avoid noise. Last we went as family, they put us in distanced rooms

Çok temiz ve merkezi

Oda “bal dök yala” şeklinde temizdi, küçük fakat çok kullanışlıydı. Personel ilgili ve maske kullanıyordu. Kahvaltı salgın önlemleri kapsamında streç filmli ve güvenliydi fakat çeşitleri vasattı. Otopark olarak belboy/vale hizmeti ücretsiz verildi. Banyo setinde kulak pamuğu yoktu.
