Stay was lovely. Very friendly, professional and accommodating staff. Hotel facilities were great. And the rooms were very clean. Would be better with more English speaking staff, though.

Hotel has swimming pool, suna, steam room and Gym free to use for guests, I really enjoyed it and all such facilities were open from 7am to 10pm so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all of them. Breakfast was delicious and so many options available. What really impressed me that Hotel management has a programme for special needs people individual to work in different departments, for example there was a special need waiter serving the guests during breakfast time, he was very pleasant and taking pride in his work. Amenities such as cafe, shops and restaurants were on walking distance Cleaning can be improved, there were marks on sofas, and carpet, small amount of mould building up on tiles in bathroom They charged extra for water bottles to be provided in the room, in my opinion water bottles must be free for guests Staff at reception and in restaurant were helpful

Adem bey, restaurant manager, was very polite and nice to us. We appreciated for his effort to serve us. He deserves more. There is one missing of hotel, the TV on rooms, do not have internet connections and other smart tv applications application such as Netflix, Amazon Prime. When you stay at 5 star hotel, you expect this.. Rest are ok. We enjoyed during our stay

The property was good and the room was nice and clean, the view was very nice, however the service is not good there was no body to help us bringing the baggage upstairs we had to drag it ourselves. No special offers were provided as a VIP member.

THE ONLY GOOD THING IN THE HOTEL WAS ADEM, HE HAS BEEN A STAR, THE HOTEL IT SELF IS DIRTY, AFTER A CERTAIN TIME HOUSEKEEPING DO NOT DELIVER TOILET PAPER OR WATER. RECEPTION ARE SUPER RUDE. ROOMS ARE SMALL AND THERE ARE ANTS IN THE BATHROOM WILL NOT RECCOMEND
