「I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. 「優點: 地點算是方便, 有提供"接"的服務, 整體算乾淨 缺點: 1)人力不足, check out居然沒有送到車站的服務,僅協助叫車 2) 房間備品只有洗髮精沐浴乳吹風機毛巾熱水壺,沒了!!連水杯都沒有 3)早餐就是加熱便當 4)溫泉只開放4點到8點,對於日式旅館是很少見的,滑雪很需要泡湯,這讓我們很不滿意 整體而言就只是提供住的地方沒有任何服務,以這樣的房價來比,我相信有更好的選擇 If you only look for a hotel to stay, Bonfire can meet your expectation but nothing more. They even not provide tea cups in room. Breakfast is just a lunch box. They do pick you up to hotel but no more. We have a take taxi when check out. Public bath area is good but only open from 4pm to 8pm...
