"Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Kanazawa. The hotel felt modern, clean, and comfortable, but still connected to the charm of Kanazawa. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the station, which made traveling with family much easier. The staff were professional, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were well designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and one of the hotels that made our time in Kanazawa even better. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Centric Kanazawa for anyone visiting the city, especially families or travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great service."

"The hotel and everything that you need and this beautiful hotel. I did take breakfast my last day and it has a lot of Japanese selections but western selections are minimal. Location was pretty good although I think you need to take bus or walk a lot in Kanazawa.. there was 711 and everything you need conveniently by. There was a bus stop near the hotel. The public bath was nice and refreshing even if it’s not hot spring it still felt very good. The bed was super comfortable probably so far the best bed I’ve had in Japan and I’ve been here a week so far.. the hotel uses luggage forwarding which is good and the staff were pretty helpful but as most English is a little limited, I would stay here again"

"The room was very clean and breakfast was okay, though it didn’t have many vegetarian items. However, the shampoo/ conditioner combo made my hair very frizzy and unmanageable. The bed was very narrow and seemed smaller than a normal twin. The worst part was the laundry facilities. They were nearly always in use, which was odd for such a small hotel on a weekday. I had to wait half a day and stand in line for 40 minutes just to do laundry. People would leave their laundry in the machine for 30+ minutes after it finished and the staff didn’t do anything about it although they could see there was a line of people waiting for the machines."

"The rooms were a decent size and the hotel had a modern Japanese aesthetic, I loved the natural colours and materials. Very well designed. The facilities and rooms were really nice and clean. The onsen was also a great addition which is free for hotel guests. They provide you with slippers and pyjamas to use around the hotel. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was also really good quality with a lovely scent. The hotel is centrally located and easy walk to both the samurai and geisha districts. The Japanese breakfast is superb but might not be to everyone’s taste. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
