「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. 「The room is very well equipped with all the amenities of home - perfect for a long or short stay. The room was spacious, water pressure on the 5th floor is impressive, breakfast was plentiful and common areas:dining is clean and comfortable. The views at night were wonderful as well. I was most impressed that this is a dog friendly hotel. I absolutely LOVED seeing all the dogs. I’m telling all my friends who travel to dog shows to stay here.
