"There was absolutely no on-site parking. Available parking was half a mile away and $40 per day. The area of the hotel was extremely bad. The room did not come with a coffee maker, mini fridge, or microwave. The room also had very little privacy in the bathroom. I would give the hotel staff a 2 star due to lack of communication."

"I’ll start off with, for the price I got it for ($86 plus fee) on a Sunday afternoon through Hotel.com it was decent. Room was clean enough and it was not noisy. But I had to use some automated webcam check in machine, and it was kind of weird. During that, I had to give my deposit payment of $50 but also a hidden $11.30 parking fee for using their lot.. I probably could have just done street parking as it seems like a safe area, but I didn’t feel like moving my vehicle and reloading my luggage. Also they say on room ammendaties they have extra things like a tooth brush if you forget one, or similar things, but they did not when I asked. But all and all for a last minute booking it was quiet and a comfortable bed/pillows."

"The pictures for this place are very deceiving! There were exposed wires hanging out of the wall from the missing smoke detector. There was no furniture to sit on besides the bed that had a huge dip in the middle. For some reason, there were too many fridges, But I wasn’t too keen on putting anything in them. The bathroom is old and stained. Basically we left before staying the night. It was loud outside lots of noise. Kids running down the hall. When we walked in the heat was on it was so hot! There is no air conditioning and no way to open the windows. Do not not not stay here!"

"A decent place to stay if you need to be in that side of San Francisco. I would stay there again. It is a no-frills place. The bed was OK not very comfortable. The room could use updating. The hallway next to it smelled like marijuana. I was supposed to stay there for four nights, but I moved elsewhere for the last night."

"The room was cold,bed hard skimpy blanket.....flights of stairs no elevator but the the staff very friendly...I would not stay again,it was an emergency I paid two nights but stayed one and did not ask for a refund checking out promptly at 1130 am"
