「MONEY STOLEN!!
We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF.
During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and...
「FOOD:
Most of our food arrived cold or lukewarm, even when sitting under warmers. Room service pizza was the worst rubbery pizza we’ve ever had—and, of course, cold. Italian food lacked flavor, and poolside and beach orders were usually cold. The Asian restaurant and steakhouse were the only places where food was consistently closer to hot, although even the skillet rolls weren’t hot. Our burgers were only served hot once. We were extremely disappointed, especially since positive food reviews...
「Amazing experience from the moment we walked into the hotel. Great staff, super friendly, clean and well run facilities, couldn’t ask for a better experience.」
「I paid for an ocean view room and did not get it. The staff said it was “partial view” which I disagree. It was the view of the 2nd pool and had about 5% view of the ocean. I could have saved a lot of money if i booked a regular room instead . The resort is very clean. If ur looking for a very laid back place, this is it. Pool bar closes at 5pm. There’s not much to do after 5pm. Staff is friendly. It was just not my cup of tea personally. It was too laid back for us.」
「This place was amazing. So happy to have stayed here. The staff was impeccable. So kind and helpful. I loved everyone and everything. Ten out of ten!!!」
