"Service was okay and cleanliness of the room was moderate. Convenient 7-11 located at the first floor of the hotel. "

"Clean room, helpful staff, Bank of Taiwan was just around the corner, no trouble using the wifi on phone. There is an underground mall exit right in front of the hotel (Exit 11) that connects to the blue line MRT, but it doesn't have escalator/elevator. We used it to get around when it rained. Otherwise, we browsed through the surface shops along the way to Exit 14 which has an escalator and elevator. "

"Amazing staff, the laundry for free was genius!!! Big room, great location and very friendly receptionists. Breakfast was disappointing and did not have enough variety (for westerns), although clean. Will definitely come back again to this hotel!"

"The room AC was quite strong but responsive. The hotel’s location is not very convenient for general wandering and exploration. It has a shuttle to a Metro station once an hour for a limited amount of time. It only has two laundry machine and dryer sets for the hotel but they require coins so that cut down on usage. The pool seems popular and a lot of tourists use it. it is a long and narrow shape for lap swimming and it can hold a small number of people. The buffet variety and quality is average. "
