"Very nice building in a quite location. Decoration is very unique with a lot of special wood furniture. Service is very good, room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the room is good."
"Nice stay, approximately 30 min walk to beach, only a few minutes to store and starbucks and even to train station only 30min walk.
Think it is best to communicate your exact arrival times as the host is not always home. Otherwise an okay stay. "
"Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."
"Great place to stay. Neat, clean, comfortable, spacious and friendly, helpful housekeeper / manager. Breakfast was tastefully provided. Bicycles available for use to nearby beach and town centre. Wished we had booked more days!"
"The service is great and it feels home. I love the hot spring tub in the room, it’s clean, comfortable and convenient. I enjoyed the happy hour every day at 5pm and movie night at 8pm a lot. Would def come back again :)))"

"The Grand Hyatt in Taipei dates back several decades but it has been well maintained and renovated over the years. As a result, it feels quite new and the facilities are modern and in many cases quite beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained (and clean). Their standard King room isn't luxurious, but it's comfortable and well-outfitted. Very close to the 101 Tower and other shopping outlets. Adjacent to convention center. Superb breakfast buffet and various other restaurants as well."
"Everything was perfect! I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with the hotel. The onsen was nice and location was right next to the train station. I will probably stay here again next time I come back to Taipei"
"Staff struck the perfect professional balance between attentive, friendly/available and unobtrusive. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Sparkling clean hotel. Unforgettable stay. Highly recommend!"
"This was my second time to stay in Eslite Hotel. The room is spacious and clean, and it’s nice to have a sunny afternoon with your book in the room’s balcony.
The location is also good and you can enjoy a leisurely day at the cultural complex and 24 hour bookshop during the stay"
"This hotel was very well kept, clean, and recently refurbished. The staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my postage and delivery of postcards to canada. They provide some snacks and drinks in the room, which are refilled when the room is cleaned.
The pool is beautiful and there is always staff on duty as a lifeguard. The sauna doesn't allow you in with clothes, which wasn't my jam.
The beds were firm, the air con strong and it was a very pleasant stay. "
"I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with my specific requests.
The room was spotless and spacious with a great view of Taipei 101. The bed was super comfortable with high-quality linens. The housekeeping team did an excellent job each day, keeping everything fresh and tidy. One of the highlights was the breakfast – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend it whether you are traveling for pleasure or business! "
