The staff was over the top and amazing. My flight was overnight and I missed my stay for the night but the lady at the front desk extended my checkout until the afternoon so I could at least take a night. Amazing property and in such a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would definitely come back!

Our room overlooked a school courtyard. The kids were constantly in the yard yelling and shouting from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm. It was horrible. They never mentioned the hotel is in the middle of a school.

"The room was clean and comfortable. However I was given a room for disabled people and the shower conditions were not adequate. Also I was charged 15 pounds to check out at noon, which is ridiculous. I was also charged 10 pounds a day for parking, which was not the case when I stayed there last year. ..."
