"This is a superb hotel situated in the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt. We used the S Bahn to get out to the Olympic Stadium and Airport but other than that we walked everywhere. The hotel is beautifully presented (we loved the Prussian Blue theme!) and our fifth floor room had a lovely balcony and one of the best hotel showers we've ever come across! The staff were extrmemely helpful and polite. "

"Everything about this is perfect. The location which is walking distance (10-15 minutes) of many major historical attractions as well as modern ones. The size of the rooms is just excellent. Not used to this size at this price and location in Europe. Ati and the service at the reception are very warm and helpful. Overall, my pick for future stays in Berlin. Didn't hurt that we got a free upgrade :) "

"The room, courtyard and common area are gorgeous, historic, and well maintained. You must come before noon to get your key if you don’t have international phone calling. The train station is about a 20 minute walk. It is close to many tourist spots. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant right around the corner and also a cafe. Would definitely stay here again."

Outstanding breakfast array, stylish bar from 6 p.m. Tram stop only 100 metres away, just a few minutes from major Alexanderplatz transit station with lines to everywhere in Berlin. "Hotel was in a great position for SBahn. Situated in the Mitte area near museum island and Berlin Cathedral. Alrxanderplatz was a 15 minute walk. Hotels offers an online check in/check out which was very easy to use. Staff member on site when we arrived who was very friendly and helpful. Room was small but immaculate and bed was really comfortable. We would recommend as a great place to stay. It is close a few of the Christmas markets and near lots of shops, restaurants and coffee...
