「Really helpful staff. Coffee machine, crockery and cutlery in communal area. Comfortable, clean, effective AC. Fridge in the room. Water, milk and juice boxes provided along with croissants and various other items for breakfast. Handy for the metro, with a nearby supermarket. Lovely restaurant just over the road and a nice little bar just around the corner. Various other shops and eateries nearby (although we didn't try them all). Overall, an excellent base for exploring Rome!」

「Tudo limpo e organizado. Cozinhamos todas as noites no apartamento pois tínhamos todos os utensílios em perfeito estado. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Hospedagem perfeita, transportes públicos a porta, supermercado, farmácia...sem muito esforço, com uma caminhada, fomos a pé para o Coliseu e outras atrações de Roma. Sentimos falta apenas de um lugar para pousar o sabonete no box da casa de banho.」

「隔音很差很差，隔離房間說話都可聽到！浴屏做得不好，洗澡後浴室像水浸一樣！冷氣機好像很久沒有清潔，一開機氣味難聞！最離譜是每晚只得一次沖廁水！跟接待處反映後仍然沒有改善！附近的超市雖然很大但沒有什麼可買，交通是唯一可取的地方，離巴士站很近,有巴士可直達競技場。但相信這方面其他酒店都可做到所以絕對絕對不推介這間酒店，這個價錢一定有其他更好的選擇！」

「Incrível hospedagem em Roma, num bairro muito tranquilo e cheio de opções. A Ilaria nos recebeu incrivelmente bem com todas as dicas e instruções, mesmo sendo uma estadia curta. O apartamento é impecável e parece que acabou de ser reformado, tudo muito novo e bem conservado. Sem dúvidas ficaremos na hospedagem quando voltarmos a Roma.」

「All rooms are on the first floor of a multi storey building and they are equipped with air conditioning, fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Rooms get tidied up until noon and the reception is manned 24 hours. Wi fi is good. Beds are a bit on the soft side but comfortable. The hotel is opposite the Mirti tube station which is part of the newest C line. Unfortunately, although the newest the C line is also the worst of the 3 tube lines in Rome, with an average train frequency of over...

「First, let me say that my interactions with staff were minimal and uneventful. My biggest issue with service is their decision not to refund my reservation after deciding minutes later we wouldn’t stay due to the conditions we weren’t aware of (didn’t even enter one unit as the code didn’t work). Advertised pictures are definitely misleading, completely different than our experience upon arrival. The outside is full of graffiti, trash, foul odors and unhomed individuals. Unfortunately not...
