「Very friendly staff as girlfriend is in wheelchair Catered for us very well As went through Expedia so wasn't all set in stone So hotel was amazing in sorting suitable room and parking 」

「The hotel was close by to the train station and all amenities, the foyer and bar area and restaurant was really good, the room was clean and tidy but the furniture was outdated and the mattress was very hard so sleeping was very uncomfortable and the shower wasn’t very powerful. No iron in the room. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t very clean(dirty nappy left on a chair), bits floating in the pool and also it needs up dating. The staff were excellent and very helpful. 」
