It’s a nice hotel but the lobby was a disappointment. So tiny. Big on lobby bar , I like having some drinks in my lobby before a night out and this didn’t have it. They had a little concession with coffee, beer, snacks and some seating but super super mid. Room, fitness and breakfast were great.

Problem #1 toilet flusher handle didn’t work. I got housekeeping to fix it quickly. #2 there appeared to be no phone charger in the room. I asked at reception and they couldn’t tell me exactly where it was so I continued scouring the room till I found it on the bedside table clock. Who knew!

The checkin process was a breeze and quick. Customer service was top notch. The room was clean and the decor was beautiful. I really like the style of the hotel.
