Great location

Check in was pretty easy and security staff were very polite and professional. The condo, Unit 2406, would be comfortable for 3 or 4 people but is not a true 2 BR. The second bedroom is designed as a den and quite small with no place for a suitcase. The unit was well enough equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, and lots of good towels. The location was excellent as it was only a few minutes walk to Rogers Center for the ball games. There are many good restaurants in the area and a small grocery store (Rabba) only a block away.

Bate and switch. Property manager stated they would reimburse me for the 2 nights, if we checked out early. Now he won’t return text messages, calls and or return the money.

The property was clean and in good condition. The day before I got there, there had been a flood in the building so I needed to give access to workmen who were polite and helpful. This didn’t cause me any issues but the owner of the apartment kindly upgraded me to an even better room for my last night which was very kind. The colleagues who I met were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

We paid a lot of money for this stay. The blinds were broken, the couch was not a bed, the toilet seat was broken and there was chunks of wall missing in the bathroom. We do not recommend this place especially for the money.

It’s excellent coz so many wash too , clean and Tim Horton is just adjacent and only takes 10 mis walk to CN tower. What I don’t like is that the neighbour is ver noisy for two nights we could hardly sleep the music dito loud until 6 am. Otherwise facilities is excellent

We had booked for a specific reason that location. We where so called upgraded. Which moved us to a completely different building not at all what we wanted. In the future I will make sure we book a Hotel not a airbnb.

Very unfortunate experience

Unfortunately, this stay did NOT meet our expectations. We were switched to another location at the last minute that was not at all where we had booked. The owner did offer a refund, but at the last minute as we drive into the city what is a renter supposed to do?... We then had serious security concerns. We had to retrieve the key from a lock box in a dark alley and we were instructed to NOT ask for any help from the onsite security staff. Once in the unit, there are no blinds on the windows. There is a large window in the bedroom with no blinds. Is it really reasonable to have my wife sleep with a large window looking into a public courtyard? I don't think so. We were instructed to contact a separate person for issues. We did contact this other person but nothing was done. No responses and no help. The free parking was in fact pay parking that we had to chase the owner to refund us for. Bottom line, this is a terrible listing that everyone should avoid at all costs unless you want to be moved far away and be subject to serious issues. I recommend this place be avoided.

The property was nice, modern and had lovely amenities. The pool was fantastic. It was close to rogers centre which was great! Minor things, the dishwasher wouldn't open, and the blinds had pieces missing so you couldn't fully close the curtains so that whoever slept on the sofa bed could sleep in the dark.

Bonjour, Premièrement, nous avons réservé un condo situé dans la tour du 300 Front st avec une piscine sur le toit avec une vue sur le lac Ontario. À la dernière minute, nous avons été délocalisé dans un autre condo situé au 250 rue Wellington prétextant qu il avait un dégât d eau dans celui qu on avait réservé. L’hôte nous a dit qu il nous relocalisait dans un condo plus spacieux et muni de deux toilettes. Bref, il mentionnait nous avoir upgrade du aux problème d eau. Arriver sur place, nous constatons que le hall d entrée en en réparation, le condo n a pas de piscine sur le toit, les installations extérieur sont inutilisables, il n y aucune vue sur le lac ontarien, le condo est visiblement plus vieux. Bref, il n y a rien de comparable à celui que nous avons réservé. À noter, nous étions deux jeunes familles avec des enfants et que les lieux (piscine) était prioritaire dans notre choix de de réservation du condo.L’hôte était sec et menaçant dans ses propos à notre égard. Bref, venant de la ville de Québec, nous nous demandons si nous étions en sécurité sous son hôte. Après l analyse de la situation et de comment que le tout c’est déroulé, il est clair que le condo affiché sur Expedia est une arnaque. Je vous explique pour quelles raisons nous venons à cette conclusion. Visiblement, l hôte se sert du beau condo afin de louer son vieux condo par la suite. Dans ce condo, il a agit de location illégale car la sécurité ne sont pas avisé. À noter que nous avons textos et photo

Great place near every great touristique attractions, CN Aquarium, Stadium, Harbour. etc. Unit 705 of the 300 Front st, was great except for the sofa bed. We were a family of 4 and we would have appreciate more comfort for sleeping accommodation. But overall, very nice and convenient.

We were given another unit in a different building as there were some water issues in the one we rented, not a big deal. We were upgraded to an apart with 2 bathrooms which was great due our family. Building was very secure and safe. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Washer and dryer in unit made it nice as well. Rooftop sitting areas as well as BBQ to use. Spa pool and sauna and gym available. Parking garage available. Beds were comfortable. We had 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch and there was a cot as well as a play pen for smaller children/babies if needed. It was a quiet building for being right in downtown Toronto. Really close to everything, Roger's Stadium, CN Tower ( just a couple minute walk away) Scotiabank Arena, Union Station,(only about a 15 minute walk) Billy Bishop Airport (short drive), convenience stores/restaurants/shopping all within walkable distances. I would definitely stay here again
