The room was small, but clean. They could probably use some more elevators because this place is big and very busy. The lobby was nice and there were places to eat/drink/shop right in the lobby. One King West Hotel & Residence
We liked the fact it was in downtown location however there was no where on website or reservations any indication of parking fee! This is a false advertisement when you show there is parking available but you don’t indicate there is a charge associated with it!
