「Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. 」

「We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.」

「This was one of my most favorite places that I have visited. I can’t wait to go back again. The staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly. The room was very clean. We were there during some heavy snowfall and they were out there constantly snow plowing the parking lot so that we were able to get in and out.」
