「J'avais tout payé à l'avance et quand je suis arrivée on m'a demandé de payer la 2eme nuit. J'ai dû appeler expedia qui a bien pris en charge le problème mais l'hôtel a été incapable de me donner un reçu comme quoi tout était bien payé. Chambre propre pas de petit dej」

「The Holiday Inn Express in Acme (Traverse City), Michigan, is a great place to stay when you plan to sightsee around the city. The rooms are neat with the basic amenities, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the breakfast is tasty and served on time. The variety is typical, but served nicely. The halls are quiet, but we could hear activity in the room above us. Thankfully, it did not last long, and we eventually managed to get some sleep. This is our fourth stay at this HIX, and...

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「It is right on the lake so that's a plus. It was quiet and clean with comfy beds. We stayed 3 weeks, we were contacted once about someone parking in the wrong spot. It was not us, couldn't they have checked whose car it was before contacting us about such a thing. I really thought they were contacting us to see how our stay was going. The whole thing, from booking, our 21 day stay and our checkout was so impersonal. No human interaction other than us asking housekeeping for a change of towels....

「Ok so this is the smaller sister resort to Baywatch. I had the spa room and it was beautiful. The giant tub made my whole weekend. If you remotely like baths or hot tubs… Book it. I only had one issue with the property. Both nights people were up screaming and stomping through the hallways until after midnight or later. We didn’t get back until after 11 one night and it wasn’t quiet through the halls by any means. I would put a sign in your office enforcing quiet hours.」
