「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. 「The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. I forgot my phone charger and when I got back to the hotel that evening I was on 4% battery. Trevor at the front desk let me borrow his personal phone charger without even a thought. His customer service not just myself but the other guests as I watched, was incredible. I used to work in the hotel business and I can tell you he is a quality employee and great person. 」

「We loved the spacious room and the kitchenette, location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast bar is a huge benefit, however, it needs to be monitored better. I mentioned the coffee was not hot on the first morning and the attendant just fluffed it off and the second morning there were not any sausage biscuits. Otherwise the hotel was clean and well cared for.」

「The room was nice. Very clean. The fridge had an ice maker which was a nice bonus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. 」
