「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「Both tvs and the cable and half of the lamps were unplugged. The AC unit in the living room sounded like it was grinding rocks every 20 min. So little sleep for us on 4/11 in room 215. We got into our room too late for the night to complain and attempt to get into another room :( 」

「Awesome stay, room clean, staff very friendly the only thing that was bad was unfortunately the tv did not work the night we stayed but the staff did accommodate for the issue and everything else was awesome. We will stay again in the future 」

「Clean and comfortable. Love the kitchenette and bigger than usual fridge. Only weird part about the room was the shower only had glass covering half the shower, no door or curtain for the other side. Originally we figured it's just a new style of shower, but the open part is where the shower head sprays and the shower head wouldn't adjust so it made a mess each time we showered. NOTE: There is parking at this property. The description says "No Parking" but that is incorrect.」

「The hotel was clean and well maintained. The food was similar to cafeteria food which wasn't bad--nothing amazing but for the price of free I was very happy. Healthy breakfast options included yogurt, granola, bananas, and oatmeal alongside more traditional breakfast buffet items. The staff was nice and helpful. The value of this place is amazing. The level of cleanliness this hotel maintains is so hard to find. I will seek out this hotel chain when traveling in the future!」

「I would give this hotel an average rating. Only one elevator was working, and it was very slow. The room had a stale smell, mixed with cigarette odor, which was quite unpleasant. I also noticed a few stray hairs here and there, which affected the overall cleanliness impression. The hallways smelled like lavender, which was nice, but unfortunately the rooms had an unpleasant musty odor. On the positive side, the breakfast was actually very good, and I appreciated having 24-hour access to coffee...
