"There was no in room coffee, no place to get ice, no vending machine even though the elevator said that there was a vending machine on the ground floor. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work. When I asked how to turn it on, I was told that they were only there to keep food at the temperature it already was. "

Perfect central location right next to shops, restaurants and the metro. Can’t recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again."
