「This hotel has a fabulous staff, the service is super efficient, and the kindness is impressive. The only thing I can mention is that sometimes a bad smell came from the bathroom sewer, and they were working on the street at night, which woke me up due to the noise. Other than that, if you’re looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place.」

「The breakfast is wonderful. But we don’t know why the staff didn’t tell us that we can choose two main courses each person. They didn’t inform the guests of this information. The room is not so big, but is clean. The equipment is convenient and modern in this hotel.」

「The staff are really nice and they offer drop off and pick up to the center. The room service food are super nice and healthy which is a bonus. Last but not least the resort interior is nice. One drawback would be the toilet is outside the resort and the frog sound is quite loud at night. But I guess thats how you get away from city and immerse yourself in the nature . Would definitely come back again!」

However, it's worth noting that there were very limited grocery shopping options nearby, and the nearest superstores required a long walk—often without proper sidewalks. 「The staff at the Alena was very warm, welcoming & helpful. I only had one issue with my stay, which was everytime we turned on the shower we got a urine odor as though the previous guest urinated 」

「The service was more than excellent. The room was beautiful and outside the room I was in the jungle. There’s more than 1 pool, mine the water was not that clear. It was fine for me I just got a tattoo and could not go in any pool for that matter. Look like they were working hard to get that pool clear. Overall 12 out of 10」

「Everything was good, just because of it being located around a jungle, lots of mosquitos near the pool, but get a coil and they should be good, no phone in room, and no one at reception after 3 pm, so make sure you get your own coil or arrange it before 3 pm 」
