"The hotel is centrally located. But it feels old, and dampness. Not so much service. Free parking, plenty of space on the ground level. Paid $110 including breakfast, while local people only pay $70 for the same room including breakfast. "

"It’s quite hard to find a pet-friendly hotel stay in China, but this place is out of expectation. My little boy Peanut Butter had a wonderful time here, playing with the hotel’s alpacas and having a lot of fun running around. The room with a well-decor and excellent lake view is extremely clean. "杭州千岛湖高铁站下车打车到酒店80元，也有接驳车15一位，家庭出行打车方便省事。酒店地理位置不错，紧邻天屿山，过马路就是天屿山入口啦，期待看日落的朋友可以选择这家酒店。泳池也很nice,水质不评价，只能说我不满意，但是泳池景色无敌。最不理想的是酒店没有餐厅，只提供早餐，剩下只能靠外卖或者出去吃"

"From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the food great, specially the buffet at night. The hotel and grounds are super beautiful, the waterfall pool...
