「Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room. The hallway is very narrow. It feels damp. It is also far from the city center. I would definitely not choose...

「The Manager was extremely helpful and caring so were all the other staff, food was very good for pub food, great location for a stop over, Hotel itself just needs a bit of redecoration but the original building is amazing.」

「The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful but it was on the same level and overlooked the beer garden, so I think that this could be a problem in the summer. It also had an interconnecting door, which meant I could hear my noisy neighbours very clearly!」
