「今回が2度目の利用です。このホテルの歴史からいろいろなことを想像させてくれるホテルです。スタッフの皆さんは気さくで親切です。このレベルのホテルですが、レストランは決して着飾る必要はなく気楽に食事が楽しめます。なんと言ってもガーデンの素晴らしさは最高で、動物たちも沢山生活していて、私たちを楽しませてくれます。美味しい食事と最高のお庭とスタッフでインバネスの宿泊におすすめのホテルです。」

「This hotel is tired even though we got the impression it’s tried to be spruced up. Room was cold, hot water scarce and breakfast was bang average. I wouldn’t have minded if I’d paid half of what I did but no way this hotel is worth the money they charge. 」

「We really appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. It was stocked with fresh milk a glass bottles of ice water. There was a large selection of teas and instant coffee. We had a huge room with a king bed. Our early morning tour departures prevented us from partaking of the breakfast. We enjoyed the yummy biscuits that were with the tea things. The location made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.」

「On the main road through Aviemore . Not noisy and enough parking off road. Room number one is very small with just enough room to manoeuvre around double bed. Small bathroom with shower. Bathroom all in black with small spotlights. This room was very disappointing as it was so small. Only a kettle and sink, no toaster. Not enough room for two adults and two dogs. There were two chairs at the bottom of the bed to watch TV both in poor condition. Photos of the property do not reflect how small...

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
