This is a basic apartment in a good area where you can easily walk into several areas for eating, drinking, shopping or transport to see further afield. The room had everything needed; a bed, shower toilet, clothes rail, fridge and Aircon. There was a window in a corner of the room overlooking an internal fire escape, so almost no natural light/view. Staff were very helpful, we had an issue with Aircon and it was fixed within hour. Overall everything you need if here to see Lisbon and not too worried about any luxuries.

amazing property! spacious bedrooms, handy staff and convenient location. People complain of the hill to the hotel, but it’s fine - if you can’t be asked to walk, an uber from the centre is £4. Amazing, 10/10 hotel

The best hotel of our entire Portuguese trip! Great location in Alfama, the hotel is super clean, modern, aesthetic with cool tech design tweaks. Walkable to everything. Staff os friendly and polite.

The location was great, the breakfast was simple, coffee and orange juice was excellent.
