「Casa Oficios was well located in Tomar. We had a car but were able to unload at the front then we used the secure parking facility the hotel had an arrangement with at 6€ per day. It was close by and convenient. The staff were very helpful telling us where to take the car, suggesting excellent restaurant and other information. Staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and a good size. We appreciated the daily bottle of water provided. The hotel has a lounge area on the first floor where there is...

「A lovely and tranquil property. It is located in a park, surrounded by a river. The staff is very nice, as are the rooms. They have an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a sauna. The breakfast is excellent in a nice atmosphere. There are about 16 or so parking spots next to the hotel, but a parking lot just over a walking bridge which is close by. 」

「Parking is 5 min walk away. Little things that make the property not a five star. Room was small. Room had a smell. Temperature was hard to control. Bathroom with no privacy - glass partitions. No small face cloths. Bed was hard. Breakfast was standard but not outstanding. Good aspects: clean room. Fast internet. 2 free bottles of water. 」

「One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. 」

「It is a nice, recently remodeled hotel. A little hard to find and unload on the narrow street, but ok. But, Checkin took more than a half hour. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up the stairs. The shower is mounted at two meters, and the shower stall only has a half door, so unless you are tall enough to change the angle, you have a very were bathroom. Parking is on the parallel (main) street. Ok, but not good in the rain. What takes this from a 4 to a 1 is the barking...

「It says restaurant but the hotel only serves breakfast. I booked a room with a double bed for one person and I was given a room with 2 single beds without asking if it was ok. Overall the experience was good. Friendly and helpful dining staff at breakfast.」
