It’s right on the town square. Very convenient for visiting the convent de Cristo and historical grounds. Great breakfast and other dining opportunities. We loved the happiness of the staff.

Best 2 Days in Tomar.

We have had a wonderful day. We are traveling as a family and everyone here is very polite and friendly. There isn’t anything that I have needed or wanted that hasn’t been very well taken care of thanks.

What a nice hotel and location. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Admittedly, parking was a challenge but the room was worth it, and I appreciated being walking distance to all the sights. As to dinner, we ate at the hotel so I can’t comment on the other nearby restaurants. The food was delicious.

Filipa receptionist was extremely helpful, particularly trying to sort out trains to Lisbon. It was also lovely to meet the owner who was keen to ensure our stay was as good as possible, even though it was only for 2 nights. Given outside temperature of 37C on one day, it was delightful to be in an air-conditioned room set at a comfortably cool temperature. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, a short, flat walk from the station.

We booked two rooms overlooking the square. Each room was clean and very comfortable. The only odd thing is the glass wall to the bathroom. We are not used to this type of openess. Didn't ruin our stay but definitely a thing to think about if sharing a room with someone your not married to. Could get weird quick. The hotel was centrally located as well and close to the knights Templar castle. Overall, it was a great stay

Parking is 5 min walk away. Little things that make the property not a five star. Room was small. Room had a smell. Temperature was hard to control. Bathroom with no privacy - glass partitions. No small face cloths. Bed was hard. Breakfast was standard but not outstanding. Good aspects: clean room. Fast internet. 2 free bottles of water.

It’s not a 5 Star hotel, it’s nice and the staff is very friendly but we had a hard time trying to get the A/C to work and never worked. The shower didn’t close well so there was water all over the floor

Personal amable, buena cama, habitación relativamente pequeña, buena insonorización, buenas cortinas, precioso cuarte de baño de marmol, buen desayuneo. PERO: No hay acceso en coche a la puerta del hotel. El P público muy cerca tiene plazas muy pequeñas, dificultad en aparcar coche grande. Considerando que es un hotel de 5* no es aceptable encontrarse con la alfombre manchada en la habitación. Deficiente luz para leer. No hay barras para colocar las toallas en el baño. Edredones y almohadas de fibra sintética, hace sudar. Sólo 1 sillón para 2 personas en habitación doble. Habíamos reservado 2 noches. El 2º día llegamos a las 16.45, cansados y deseando de descansar un rato, y nos encontramos con la habitación sin limpiar y arreglar, teniendo que esperar para poder usar el cuarto. Nos marchamos a dar mas paseos a pesar del cansacio propio de tener 79 años y haber contado con tener un sitio de calidad para reponernos. Totalmente inaceptable. A este hotel le sobra alguna estrella. No volveremos.
