"Amazing location within walking distance to many attractions and amenities. The train/subway is a 5 minute walk. Grocery store and pharmacy next door. Coffee shop a few doors down. Within walking distance to many other great restaurants and little shops and Don Quixote that is open 24 hours. Our room was spacious and quiet even though we faced the street. Wet room with separate tub and shower was wonderful and the bidet was a nice surprise. They also have a beautiful rooftop with amazing views. "

"I had a very good experience last time I was there but this time it wasn’t as good. Now, they don’t clean the rooms or change bed linens every day, unless you request it. On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

"Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!"

"check in is a bit hassle when their system cannot find our reservation and it's already 1 am in the morning when arrived, but the staff are really helpful with the check-in and they're all polite, that helps us feel more at ease. the hotel is near the 7/11. there is also a café underneath the hotel that you can order through uber eats for pick up if you do not want to fall in line and want to eat inside your room. there is also currency exchange inside and a vending machine too. it's also walkable to don quijote, ichiran ramen, sushi rrestaurant and subway stations! I wasn't able to try to onsen (I think) on the 14th floor, but I heard that it's always busy. I also wasn't able to try the laundry area as I saw the review that they only have 2 washer and 2 dryer available for the whole hotel. I hope they can upgrade the laundry area as it's very convenient to have one inside the hotel room. they also have a luggage scale which is very helpful, put my mind at ease. for the room, I already expected it to be small. I make sure next time to ask if they have a room that is bigger than we had because we can't even fit our four 23kg luggage and there is no storage area underneath the bed, though the room is clean and the housekeeping make sure we have fresh towels and bathrobes everyday. also the airconditioner and heater are centralized so if you feel hot, just ask front desk for a fan like we did. overall, I recommend this place. safe and clean."

"The Staff were 5/5 perfect, they were there when needed or if i had any questions they responded in a professionally respectable way that was either in English or Japanese. Conveniently the Hotel is about 3-5 minute walk to the train station. The room was very spacious compared to the usual hotels i stayed at in my previous trips to Japan There is a local grocery store near the train station for the best affordable prices compared to 7 eleven or family mart. There is also alot of local restaurants and a McDonald nearby that's within 5 minute walking distance to the hotel. The rooms Aircon was the best."

"Great location, right in the heart of asakusa and close to 2 train stations. Clean, nice staff, 4/5 breakfast. They have 6 options from a menu and a buffet on the side so you won’t go hungry. They also had snacks and drinks on the top floor from 1500-2100. Great place to get some refreshments and enjoy the view of the location you’re at. "
