The room has literally everything you need which made it very convenient. Staff was excellent and super helpful and the location was close to subway entrance. We very much enjoy our stay and look forward to booking again for future trips.

Thanks to the opening of the Takanawa Gateway Station this makes transportation and dining and shopping all in one place! It isn’t too crowded and excellent for me who wants a less chaotic environment from shinjuku and shibuya. Will always recommend this place for those seeking walkable places while being relatively close to the Yamanote Line

Staff were courteous, helpful and respectful. Great to have coffee and tea 24/7. Hotel has a washer and dryer combo, pack less clothes. Bathroom and room had enough space for two people. Hotel was close to the Takanawa train station (JR line) and airport limo pickup and drop-off. I would stay at the hotel again. The area is very clean and not as busy as other districts in Toyko.
