房間的設計使用上很便利，有微波爐也方便，如果喜歡六本木的時尚氣氛很適合住這裡.唯一就是捷運站遠了點.

這是一個乾淨且室內空間大的房型，房內基本設施都有，但另付洗衣機與微波爐，非常適合旅程比較長的旅客。且廁所寬敞，客房內也有茶几跟沙發，茶几若不用，空間可攤放兩個行李箱！惟每日清潔人員不同，可分辨出其差異性。非常喜歡這間飯店，下次來日本還是會住。

i spent three nights in this hotel
i come from hong kong, me and my husband spent three nights in this hotel. the room is good, but the toilet is extremely small. japanese staff are very nice and friendly, but the foreign staff is a little bit impolite. the location of the hotel is convenient, but there are not many choices of restaurant near the hotel, i have to go to other districts for dining. overall, i like this hotel, i would like to recommend this hotel to others.

交通便利,距離六本木山莊走路10分鐘即可到,附近吃的小店多,房間雖然小,不過很新很乾淨,這點真的很棒,房間櫃檯有設計洗杯碗的水槽,還有洗衣機,用不到,但很有趣

不算特別近地鐵站，要走八分鐘到六本木站
周圍有好吃的盧端燒，酒店環境還可以，不過東京的酒店房間都比較小，這間酒店走型格路線，房間比較暗，不過浴室的設施都不錯，很乾淨

地理位置佳，服务好，英语流利，只是房间信息与网站预订信息不一致
酒店总体来说都令人满意，交通方便，离几条地铁线也都不远，步行均可到达，离几个shopping mall也很近，酒店内设施也很齐全，很温馨，服务生英语棒棒哒。唯一缺点是预定时写的是double room2张床，到了酒店，服务生却说他们的double room就是一个大床，还好同意我们加点费用可以升级为标准2张床。希望酒店方和网站对于房间的信息理解能保持一致，以免给客户带来不必要的麻烦。

Be careful to choose this hotel
That is my terrible and wrong choice ,even I have experience to choose hotels from hotels.com.Frankly speaking,it is difficult to identify this hotel's quolity,because its webpage looks real nice and comments from users are not clear.We booked four days by two reservation in this hotel,so we could check out after two days. This hotel's rooms are small and uncomfortable,so we do not want to stay at room a minuite.But this hotel's lobby is small and dark.We do not know where we could go except staying at room or going out. However,we are lucky and could check out two days later,not syay this hotel four days.

適合蜜月旅行的好房型 (Semi-Suite Hanging Garden)
飯店離日比谷線六本木駅稍遠，走路約9分鐘左右，但便利商店就在樓下。房間皆屬低樓層，最高房型6樓，較無景觀。飯店門口雖為高架橋交流道口，但房間隔音極佳，位於夜店pub林立區域，可見到很多名車。所住之標準客房 (Semi-Suite Hanging Garden)，為挑高樓中樓房型，設備新穎乾淨度佳，面積約40平方米，有專用的行李衣帽間，房間整體很寬敞，地上鋪滿草綠色地毯，且房內設計風格，更勝5星級飯店。房間內有微波爐及冰箱與洗衣機，附贈免費香檳、冰箱多種飲料，更免費提供知名品牌的沐浴用品。適合蜜月旅行的好房型。

飯店離日比谷線六本木駅稍遠，走路約9分鐘左右，但便利商店就在樓下。房間皆屬低樓層，最高房型6樓，較無景觀。飯店門口雖為高架橋交流道口，但房間隔音極佳，位於夜店pub林立區域，可見到很多名車。所住之豪華標準客房 (Special Deluxe)，設備新穎乾淨度佳，整體設計走W潮牌飯店風格。房間內有微波爐及冰箱，空間尚可，有一套沙發和茶几，將茶几移開，可將2個行李箱可攤平打開。只是浴室較小，2人鴛鴦浴較困難。

飯店太黑，連計程車司機都找不到，門口是階梯進出，如果行李太大太重很不方便，網路更是收不到⋯⋯價位與品質相較不是很合理

Best service from hotel staff Mr Kevin Morita, he is very nice & helpful, thanks so much for your great assistance. Hotel room is modern, clean & tidy, and you can learn the art of Japanese style storage (that's pretty good).

酒店位置在六本木酒吧的士高地區,適合喜愛夜蒲人士; 離Metro不太近, 日比谷線走路要10分鐘, 大江戶線要大約15分鐘; 唯好處是只要直線行走就到; 還好有巴士前往涉谷... 酒店整體格局十分黑, 彷似高級Love Hotel, 房間一向東京式細小, 行李要放枱底; 但設施齊備, 仲有洗衣機...唯沖涼花灑水壓不足; 整體房間乾淨整潔.

Cozy, but small room. Washing machine in the room provides convenience to travellers. Hotel staff are helpful, especially the one called Kelvin who can speak Cantonese and is very kind, polite and eager to help customers.

Too expensive for what you get
The hotel has a nice lobby and restaurant; but our room (patio room) was poorly maintained. Small, cramped with furniture, high steps to go to the bathroom and shower area and a lot of dry walls splitting areas, as if they tried to build a room there but didn’t work well. The room was dirty, sticky hairdryer, splashes on dry walls in the bathroom, and sticky smears on bedroom sink area. The walls in bathrooms and showers had stains, scratches and cracks (dry wall cracks). Horrible functionality, no hooks to hang towels by the bathroom sink, so we left towels sitting on the small sink counter. When we came in the fridge wasn’t working, we had to figure it out how to turn it on. The AC doesn’t have any instruction in English and the translator did not work well, so an information sheet on how to use the AC in English would be helpful. Breakfast was average, we had better ones from other hotels. Service was odd, we would be waiting in line and people would cut in front of us and the front desk clerks wouldn’t say anything, but once they were done with a customer they wouldn’t even recognize we were there waiting. We were confused several times. The room didn’t have any lotion, they had some small facial serums but no body lotions, and they offered two sets of robes per person, one silky, waste of space and we would had preferred the sleeping gowns like in other hotels. Incredible. No seriously, INCREDIBLE.
My wife and I visited Japan for our honeymoon for two weeks and couldn’t be more impressed with this hotel and its staff. Atiro and Nao were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the bartender made some of the best cocktails I’ve ever tasted. I can’t recommend this place enough. We loved it so much we booked several more nights. I’m not being hyperbolic, this establishment is one of a kind.

All was good until the last day. Made a booking for a taxi transfer to the airport. I think the staff on was not so fluent in English and our communication resulted in me missing my connection home because I was sent to the wrong airport and ended up with a $600 taxi ride. I think in future, the staff would do better by insisting on seeing a flight booking before making a taxi booking and reconfirming that they had made the write booking on the day itself. Accidents happen and this was a costly mistake for both parties.
