I frequently visit this establishment primarily for business purposes, but I highly recommend it for both family and leisure travel. It offers an excellent location that is conveniently situated away from the bustling noise of Shibuya while still being close enough to enjoy its attractions. I have been staying here for the past five trips to Tokyo and can confidently say that it is a highly recommended for your next trip.

We were happy with our stay there. Close to train and in a quiet area. Breakfast was disappointing but coffee was great. Female staff member was very pleasant and helpful. Room was small but it was quiet.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger, aber sehr zentraler Lage. Bis zu zum Bahnhof Ebisu sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, gleichzeitig ist es absolut ruhig. Die Zimmer sind - wie in Tokio üblich - aber ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Das eingeschlossene Frühstück besteht aus einem Sandwich nach Wahl und einem Kaffee oder Tee. Zur Stadterkundung ein absolut praktisches Hotel!

Very minimal contact needed to check in and check out of our hotel. One of the most quiet neighborhoods I’ve stayed in Tokyo. Super convenient since it’s only two stops away from Shibuya.

Rooms are very small, but clean. No shelves or closet to put clothes/luggage. Overall, it was clean and in a great location close to shops, restaurants, and train station. Great place if you will only sleep at the hotel and be out most of the day, which we did. Breakfast was a sandwich with coffee.

Worst hotel!! Breakfast they only have 10 of egg sandwich with over 109 guests then stuck with lame toast and a dot of cheese and ham .. every thing there no service no anything don’t stay here!!

Hotel staff was very helpful in helping check us in as we had a name issue upon arrival but easily addressed. We booked 2 rooms and both rooms were just enough for a six day stay. Our rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Glad to have AC! Shower was very clean and big enough to move around - some showers can be so tiny at hotels! I just wish there were more hooks to hang your towels and maybe a shelf at the sink counter. Breakfast was just enough and tasty - we love free breakfast! They have laundry room here and you don't need to buy laundry detergent - the machines come loaded with it. I would stay here again as it's a short walk to Ebisu train station and had many places to eat at around the hotel. Very happy with our booking!

Location was great, and a residential area that was quiet but still a short and safe walk to the ebisu station. Housekeeping with sheet and towel change daily, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at the front after checkout. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
