Love this place so much !!! Everything close by and all the staff were nice and friendly , the room was very spacious , if I have a chance to come back I will definitely come here again .
This hotel was amazing. It felt like a second home to me, which all hotels should aspire to feel like. My thanks to the kind, helpful staff at Hotel SAILS Asakusa!!
Very nice property. A good sized space that was super clean and with very comfortable beds. Nice and helpful staff. I will book here again when I come back to Asakusa.
The cleanliness and space of this rental stood out for this rental property. It was nice to have a separate eating space and plenty of room for luggage storage. Since we were also half way through our trip, the washing machine in the suite was a life saver. Location was fairly convenient, about a 10 minute walk from the closest station but a little bit further from the Asakusa shopping and restaurant area - 15 minutes.
The only thing I could fault about the property is that if you are not on the top floor, you could hear other guests walking around and moving the chairs around. Perhaps a note to guests to be aware of this would help. Checkout time of 10am is also a little bit early compared to hotels.
Other then that nothing negative to say about this place and would definitely consider staying here again.
Great stay of you want to stay away loud places this was heaven for me… nice quiet close to shopping places a 10 min bus ride or less.. every thing is close to bus station and train. Convenient store family mart is close.. but a grocery store that’s just near the bus stop much cheaper and convenient food. Will come back again
Hotel is clean and quiet. Walkable distance from shopping and dining area. Hotel staff are very friendly and kind. I want to stay this hotel next time when I go back to Tokyo again. Highly recommend!
Everything was close by ,excellent location and very quite and peaceful, the place was clean and they provided you with all the essentials and even pjs !!
It was more than expected in every sense. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful specially Anna and Mina. Phones are always accessible with proper reply. Rooms are large than standard ones. We enjoyed our stay in this property. Highly recommended.
The property is located at walkable distance from the nearest train station around 800m. Nearby to sensoji temple. Property is quite clean and have the all the nescessary facility in the room
It is a self check in. The communication prior to check in is easy to follow and is provided in advance.

Good point
* Check-in process is simple and easy to understand
* Room is quite clean. Looks like brand-new
Bad point
* Staff is not there.
* Cups have some stains...
Stayed for the last 4 days of our trip at this location in a 3 bed room with the glass partition between the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area. Fantastic building, great soundproofing, and the balcony is great. Wifi speed is tolerable, unlike every other hotel we stayed at (around 50-80 megabits/s up/down), and each bed essentially has its own drawer and hangers, along with personal dimmer lights on the ceiling. Very quiet, local neighborhood. Gave us room to breathe after staying in mostly one room cramped accomodations most of the trip.
Downside? It's a brisk 8-10 minute walk to Iriya station exit number 1 and the trains are almost always jammed during rush hour. Not the end of the world if you're making that walk twice a day while you're out exploring tokyo...but it does put a damper on returning to the hotel midday. Plus, the initial and final trips with all your luggage is definitely a problem. However, the main street to the east is an easy place to flag down a cab to say, Asakusa station for a 1-2 minute walk to the hotel, so if you're willing to do one or two cab rides this hotel's location is not the end of the world.
