Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location to train station and surrounding attractions
Very convenient. Clean room, many choices of amenities and free ice-cream from 2pm-midnight! Quite location, 2-3 mins walk to subway
Love the place, and i would stay again in next visit.
Slightly older property than we had stayed in so far but very clean and super helpful staff , very good location and only three minutes walk away from lots of places to eat and the metro too (Ningyocho metro )
The staff here are very helpful and nice. The complimentary items in the lobby were great. Having a yakitori restaurant right at the bottom of the hotel was also great. The AC/heater and vents worked well. The complimentary slippers didn’t quite fit me, and I had to hang some of my clothes by the vents to completely dry them after the laundry machine, but overall it was a great experience and convenient location. I would definitely consider staying again.
Nice room but small, like all hotels in Japan. Amenities excellent, you can find extra stuff in the hallway in front of elevators, very good idea to reduce waste. Very friendly staff, good casual restaurant in the basement , favored by locals also. Two subway stations nearby, different lines. Highly recommend the hotel.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming! Great location to walk to nearby train stations/explore the area
Property location just steps from the subway station is great. Also its location is centric and easy to get to most places, including Haneda airport is a plus. Rooms are cozy, clean and have all the amenities you need for your stay. Thank you.
Great hotel, quick travel via subway to Tokyo station and akihabara (many more). Fab staff, rooms a bit compact, however standard for Tokyo. Big plus for included amenities counter.
One night stay at this property was excellent. Rooms were small but extremely convenient to get to Tokyo station after a nights rest. Overall we were very happy with the location and the staff at the hotel.
Thank you!!
Pleasant stay. A lot amenities and even free popsicles at lobby. Very kind staff. I asked the front desk if it was possible to change the room to a lower floor and they helped me really fast with the request without hesitation. Very clean and walkable distance to the station. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here. We were traveling as a family of 4, and so being able to get a set of two rooms that were connected was great. The staff was very friendly and the kids loved that they had free popsicles in the lobby was a hit. The hotel is only a few blocks from a train entrance and had numerous great dining options nearby.
What a lovely hotel- I was staying whilst working in Tokyo. The rooms are small but have everything you need. There are only 16 rooms each floor and eight floors so it’s pretty quiet!
The staff are lovely and extremely helpful!
I really enjoyed how there are a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. It made it easy for a last minute or late night meal or snack.
The size of the rooms were definitely smaller than I was expecting but we managed without any real issues.
I’d stay here again if I needed to be in the area.
I only spent 2 nights. Property and room were clean and quiet, two things that are the most important to me. Check in and out were quick and easy. I liked that pajama was provided. Close to train station.
