From lobby / carpark to check-in reception, it takes 1-2 lift to get there and it’s a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it’s all good.

This hotel is very close to Akasaka-mitsuke Station and the environment nearby is quiet. In the hotel there're some excellent restaurants too. Helpful staff and good service. This is the 2nd I stayed in here.

日式庭園最棒的New Otani Hotel
這次住宿4天3夜.入住時的櫃檯人員非常親切,臨時變更房間的房型也應對很快.早餐可以有三家選擇,每家都非常美味,尤其是面對日式庭園的the garden可以吃到新鮮又美味的早餐之外,獨特的落地窗的庭園景觀是最棒的.早餐券也可以換午餐券.非常方便. 日式庭園是最大特色,還看到許多新婚的佳偶們拍照.而且交通非常便利.銀座線和丸內線的車站就在旁邊約3分鐘左右.飯店內有小超市,水果和酒類都很充足.下次一定再訪.

房間很大，車站近去哪裡觀光都很方，原宿、新宿、涉谷、池袋、秋業原都不遠。、食店方便有些開24小時。酒店內亦有便利店。

Very nice and comfortable hotel in Tokyo
already 3rd time staying here. clean and spacious (deluxe) room. lots of eateries nearby or in hotel. only disappointed was the check in... why room still not available at 5pm and asked me to wait at lobby... then told me a bigger room was prepared for us... WHAT THE HELL? i was buying a deluxe room and i also got a deluxe room, i didn't get upgrade so they are not giving me something more! then don't talk like i am getting an offer from your hotel. and this was the only bad thing I experienced.

Very good location and fine service, nice attentive services until the very end, when I needed to get more cash for my trip to the airport and I was in a bit of a rush, and the hotel staff was unable to help get me cash, e.g. from my credit card, and had to point me to use an ATM machine in a convenient store downstairs, and no one even took me there (because I was really in a hurry) and I had to run up and down catching my breath, and finally I had to use a currency exchange machine and use up all my home currency and still not enough.... It's not a complicated thing to me. If I stayed in the hotel for six nights, and paid my bills, the hotel cannot fetch me a little more cash over my credit card? It sort of damage the whole impression.

2018跨年之旅
2人同時入住房間27平米夠了，冰箱里的東西都是付費的，住的5125在31樓可以看到富士山，吸煙房無法開窗，早餐因為要付費所以都是到附近的星巴克處理的。對於四星的飯店可以了12/29-1/1 共消費了5400人民幣含稅，附近有到羽田機場大巴和地鐵站，進入飯店若在馬路邊上要上六樓才會找到大廳的，飯店大門不在馬路邊上，飯店在赤阪見附站約600米左右。飯店屬於非鬧區，所以記得要買一日票有分600，900，某些地鐵站可以買到；一日票機場JR是不能用的；羽田機場坐計程車約6500日元35分鐘到飯店，建議坐機場大巴或JR到品川或泉岳寺轉地鐵，可以用Goodle Maps 或下載日本地鐵APP。利用两天可以去到淺草寺，银座，新宿，品川。建议品川站或者新宿站附近也可以找住的。

A bit of a fuss since the lobby is on the 6th floor then you walk about 150 m to transfer to another set of elevators to get to your room. Other than that, all good there at hotel new Otani. Beautiful gardens!

I put my white pants on the glass shelf and found it's so dusty! My husband said the ceiling of the smoking room was fully covered with tar and dust. This hotel once was one of the best Japanese hotel but not now. I feel so sad. However, varieties of restaurants were still amazing!

The second time I stayed here. The room was clearer than before. Service level was really depend on each staff. Younger staffs were mostly very kind, however some middle age staffs seemed to have some complaints to their job. Restaurant level was still high.

Don't hesitate! Book it! My check in was very lackluster, however, my overall stay was amazing! We were in walking distance of 4 major subway-train stations. We could walk to dozens and dozens of dining options that stay open late. The staff was super friendly once we checked in. The scenery and garden walls were beautiful and fantastic. I'd stay again!

Very beautiful venue with a gorgeous Japanese Garden. We had a room in the garden tower with a spectacular view over the Tokyo skyline. The staff was very friendly and professional and speaks English very well. Staying in this hotel was a really great experience!

Property is kept up with amazing care. It is from a different era/ generation, but it is incredibly spacious, clean, quiet and well located for everything central Tokyo and beyond. The garden is epic and the imperial palace is a convenient distance to run / walk. Our journey (slightly longer route was exactly five miles door to door.
