"Hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. Just keep in mind this hotel is in a very busy area, with some very interesting nightlife, so definitely not appropriate for families! Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and in Japanese style, very small, but that’s expected. The bathroom was probably just as big as the room. Close to a main train station so that’s a plus."

"The hotel was well positioned in a lively area. They kept my bags until check-in time allowing me to explore. Everything worked smoothly with the app they used to identify luggage - they were VERY busy but remained polite and helpful. The room was perfect for the stay and I enjoyed use of the public bath after days walking around Tokyo and to Nagano to see the snow monkeys. I'd recommend this hotel - just make sure you put the right one in the satnav as there are a few with very similar names! "

"This hotel is in a great location with metro stations and a Starbucks nearby, and great shopping within a 20 minute walk. The friendly staff helped us when checking in and checking out, and the hotel amenities and bath products are lovely. Breakfast selections are plentiful and replenished often. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Súper small rooms but that’s very typical of Japan. Two people barely fit in one room and you will have to be creative about how you organize. Otherwise, if you just need a place to sleep, this is the place. It’s central to everything in Shinjuku including the train station. I would stay here again. "
