袋田の滝に行くのに利用

袋田の滝に行くのに利用しました。 ホテル自体は古さを感じたのと 壁が薄く 廊下の音等がすごく聞こえてしまい 夜から朝に すごく気になりました。 ただ 部屋は広くゆっくり過ごすこともできました。 今回 利用しませんでしたが サービスもいいみたいです！ あと 帰る際の 女性スタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかったです。

９月の連休にグループルームを利用し、UBでしたが快適に過ごせました。 他の方の口コミ通りエレベーターの開閉が早かったですが、困った点はそれ位でした。 機会がございましたら、また利用したいと思います。

セルフではありますが細かいところにで気を配ったサービスが行き届いていました。 正直　泊まるところがあればという感覚で選びましたが、茨城に行く際は是非また使わせていただきたいホテルです。

チェックイン時の対応

チェックイン時、ホテルのサービスの案内があっても良かったと思います。エレベーター内のチラシで毎日の日替わり丼のサービスがあるのを知りました。素泊まりなので、食べ物、飲み物を持ち込んだのですが、ツインルームのお部屋でしたが、椅子はひとつしかなく、テーブル台になるところとベッドも離れていたので、2人での利用で、困りました。エコ清掃に協力して下さいと、部屋のドアに貼り紙があり、自分たちが、使ったタオルやゴミの処理までするホテルは、初めてです。チェックイン時に、できればそうして欲しいと一言あっても良かったと思うのですが？

リノベホテルで快適でした

ユニットバスが古くて狭いタイプだったり、入り口ドアが低かったりするのはリノベのためと思いますが、良い感じでした。フロントの方にはタクシー配車などお願いしましたが良くしていただき、快適なホテルでした。朝食も小皿の品々良くて美味しくいただけました。

トリプルの部屋を予約しましたが１つのベットが寝心地悪く腰が痛くなった。 タオルやパジャマが生乾きの匂いがする日がありました。 到着日エアコンにクモの巣があった。 食事はとても美味しいです。 スタッフの方も1人女性の方を除いて親切で感じよかったです。 このご時世なのでバイキングのコップはおかわりの時新しいコップに変えることを徹底した方がいいと思いました。みなさん使ったコップに注ぐので感染しないかヒヤヒヤしました。

朝食のブッフェも品数豊富で、日々メニューも変わるので1週間以上の滞在でも飽きずに堪能できました。 ランドリーの備え付け洗濯機と乾燥機が各2台しかないので順番待ちになるのが長期滞在では改善頂ければと思った

Everything we need was already there. Hot water, microwave and etc was in the doorstep. Convenience store and restaurant is just around the area . Definitely good in reasonable price.
