「We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days during mid-June and the pool filter was broken such that the pool was unusable during our entire stay. For a remote place with limited amenities in the immediate area this was very limiting and certainly detracted from the experience that it should have been. The staff was gracious and did compensate by providing us a free spa usage which was a welcome experience. In addition, the meals we had during our stay at the facility were excellent.」

Materasso molto comodo e letto grande. Tv minuscola. Appena visibile dal letto. Colazione internazionale appena sufficiente per varietà ma buona. Succhi confezionati. 」

「Excellente étape,la ville de Salsomaggiore est une jolie petite ville très agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé face à la station thermale. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel avec des produits de qualité, beau choix de charcuterie et toasts+ saumon, gâteaux faits maison savoureux. Belle chambre spacieuse, bonne literie, très propre. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir.」

「We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! 」

「I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews, and it saddens me to do so, but please do not use this hotel. The hotel has fallen into decay, there are insects everywhere inside and outside, the hotel smells old and rotten, the long forgotten pool in the basement together with the parking lot, leaves you to believe you are at the wrong address before entering. Another "fun fact" is that the key for each room works for the whole floor, perhaps the whole hotel. We left the hotel after 90 minutes...
