「服務人員的英文非常流利，介紹飯店設施非常清楚，而且飯店地點真的非常好，最重要的是能夠與地下街連同（當初為了這點訂房的），不用擔心下雪或下雨天要拉行李在外面走，這次住宿電車街景雙人房，房間大小攤開兩個大行李箱不是問題，整體很滿意」
