I had to call after hours for service and without hesitation someone came over and made sure everything was put in place for my complete comfort. And the person in charge made sure to text me and made sure i was satisfied and taken care of immediately. I will give one piece of advice, when booking make sure and take the rooms with the balcony that over looks the ocean. I was given this advice and i did not take it and...

「I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to cater to you. Perfect location and the end of Buccoo board walk with Sophia’s bakery and a shop less than a minute’s walk. Only negatives were no kitchen available for use (was given a bowl when asked), and room service didn’t take the bin out. But overall, I’m glad I chose to stay here and will return!」
