「We had a lovely room, great location, pool is clean, drinks & food are very good. Unfortunately some of the serving staff are very slow or ignore you. I think they could triple their sales on food & liquor if they just trained or changed the staff? Front desk staff is excellent. Room was very well maintained & clean. Cleaning staff is very good. 」

But clearly they are short on staff and on supplies - during breakfast I had to get off my chair to find someone to get me some coffee- since it was not self served. 「The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. 」

「From the time we got there we was having probleming flashing the toilet and it got worst as the time when by . We went out for the day and came back to light flckering ,gate not opening ,and the other gate was locked and we had no keys to open the gate . The bedroom door got lock no keys to open the door. We were expecting to call every time something went wrong. They have to do better when ppl are paying their money for a place to stay. 」
