「Food was substandard 」

「Breakfast buffet was great! Fresh and tasty food. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Parking was easy. Everything was clean and updated. 」

「First and foremost the staff where absolutely fantastic. The building is aging and not much has been done to keep things current. Our room had no windows and was very hot and stuffy. Staff provided a fan but we had to leave the door open to the room after every shower otherwise it was unbearable. There was a light in our room that was non functioning and you could tell by looking at it that it was fried. Tv dos not work the first night(we where offered another room but did not want to lug...

「The room was clean and comfortable, we booked two rooms in this hotel for my daughter’s birthday, she wanted a place that had a pool and slide and this location was great for it. Everyone enjoyed there time and I would book again. 」

「Everything about the room was fine, except there was a wedding or something going on and the end result was a constant stream of noisy intoxicated people talking and slamming doors between about 2 and 4 AM!」

「Fantastic stay. Love the historic aspects and neat architecture! Only thing is there was no kitchen bar of any kind in the room, but when we requested a feidge it was promptly suppkied while we were eating supper. 」

「After many years of travelling, we stayed at our first bed & breakfast at No.5 East. Beautiful old mansion with beautiful rooms to stay in. Nice area with restaurants and shopping around the corner. Continental breakfast was great and the Latte’s exceptional. The hosts were amazing and easy to talk to. We will certainly stay again on our next visit to Winnipeg. 5 stars from us」

「Very close to The Forks which was nice and a Walkable distance. The room was very clean and everything up to date. There was no microwave and the parking was terrible. The parking was very minimul, first come first serve, and the spots were small. Ment for a car but we brought the truck for bigger expenses. It wasnt ideal and parking was hard to come by in the evening on the weekend. 」
