「服务态度还可以」

「Staff was very friendly」

「Good 」

「Air did not work in room. Loud notices from the open atrium you could hear in you room for 2 days. Needs an upgrade. Bathroom is small and door almost hits toilet.」

「nice」

「This is an amazing hotel. The room was great. The staff was great. It’s beautiful and right in the center of the French quarter. Exactly where you want to be.」

「very good！」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「I loved the location, and the balcony is a must!!」

「great」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms wasn't very clean, and it smelled moldy. But other than that, the staff were friendly, and very convenient riding the streetcar 」
