"This hotel was an awesome find. The staff were excellent and very friendly, the aircon actually worked, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There’s not much I can add to that. I’d definitely stay there again."

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was...
